New to CrossFit? Come and join us for a free trial CrossFit Conditioning class. You will have the opportunity to get a feel for what CrossFit is about, meet the coaches and have a great workout. Don’t worry about your current level of fitness as CrossFit is totally scaleable – suitable for all. To get started, follow the CrossFit free trial conditioning class link, sign up, complete the online admin and then select a CrossFit Conditioning class on the timetable to book in.

If you know you are going to love CrossFit from the word go, (and who wouldn’t love flipping tractor tyres and throwing medicine balls around) then follow the class timetable link, select “Membership”, choose “CrossFit Conditioning”, complete the boring (but essential) bits and sign up for CrossFit Conditioning classes. If you wish to progress through to full CrossFit WODs (workouts of the day), you need to complete all four skills classes (squat, press, deadlift and bodyweight skills) on the timetable. Once you have completed the four skills classes you can upgrade to a full CrossFit membership. If you have already been a fully trained member of another CrossFit Box before, then you can join up with any of the other membership categories. Just let us know which Box you have been a member of before.
