Don’t worry about your current level of fitness as CrossFit is totally scaleable – suitable for all. If you know you are going to love CrossFit from the word go, (and who wouldn’t love flipping tractor tyres and throwing medicine balls around) then follow the class timetable link, select “Membership”, choose “Fundamentals Membership”, complete the boring (but essential) bits and sign up for four skills classes on the timetable. Once you have completed the four skills classes you have the remainder of the month to sign up to as many WODs (Workouts of the Day) as you wish. Everyone who is new to CrossFit needs to join up to the one month only Fundamentals Membership and complete all four skills classes before they can join in a WOD (Workout Of the Day). If you have already been a fully trained member of another CrossFit Box before, then you can join up with any of the other membership categories.
For Yoga memberships follow the class timetable link, select memberships and choose either a 5 or 10 class yoga membership. You can then book into yoga classes on the timetable.
