Membership is easy. There are no contracts, no joining fees and no leaving fees. Cancellations must be made through your Teamup account at least two weeks before the end of your current billing cycle. Sign up for as little as a month at a time. Those new to CrossFit must take out A Fundamentals one month membership first*. Those who have already been full members of a CrossFit Box elsewhere can choose between joining for 9 WODs monthly, 13 WODs monthly, Unlimited WODS or Unlimited Plus. We also have yoga memberships and Weightlifting memberships.Choose different memberships each month to accommodate your lifestyle and holidays etc.

*Fundamentals are for beginners to CrossFit. When you first take up CrossFit, you need to join in fundamentals classes ( four skills classes ) before you can join in a WOD (workout of the day). So you will need to register for the fundamentals, fill in the the relevant forms and then sign in to the four skills classes running during the month, (you can complete the skills classes in any order). As soon as you have completed all four skills classes, you can join in the WODs as an unlimited member for the remainder of the month. You must complete all four skills classes and have attended at least four WODs to complete your Fundamentals month.
