Introduction to Weightlifting

Our Introduction to Weightlifting consists of 3 "one-to-one" sessions designed to teach you the fundamentals.

 

Please note: You must have previously been a member of a registered weightlifting club, or have completed our Introduction to Weightlifting, before purchasing any of the memberships below.


Monthly

4 Weightlifting sessions per month and 2 Plus sessions per month.

Monthly

8 Weightlifting sessions per month, 1 Plus session per month and 1 Open Training per month.

Monthly

20 Weightlifting sessions per month, 2 Plus sessions per month and 1 Open Training per week.
